I had a house built by Neil (owner) and his team.Unfortunately, the problems started after I signed the contract. The sales person quit, which is quite telling. Then Mike (foreman) did not keep us informed on milestones, there were attempts for progress claims when contracted points hadn't been completed, and finally a heap of snags that are STILL not resolved.Almost 12 months later they are not responding to requests to fix under warranty.I will soon to utilising the master builder guarantee to resolve this dispute.Buyer beware.
