Go there for battery charge every year.!!! The view is amazing. Could just sit there all day just looking out. Continually changing views. Wonderful welcoming host Kim. Gives you all the information best places eat things to do. Spacious apartments. Who needs go Gold Coast !!!!. This place has it all

Picton Waterfront Luxury Apartment
The location is great and the apartment well appointed. I love the little touches for convenience eg. A container of washing powder rather than sachets, a bottle of dish washing detergent and bottles of shampoo/conditioner. I usually don't touch hotel shampoos and take my own. What a great idea to have bottles - also good promotion for the shampoo maker.Most convenient of all was Kim allowing us to check in early - certainly not expected but if the apartments are ready, why stick to check in times. This was flexible and Kim's communication and offer of early check in was wonderful

5 stars is not enough to rate the penthouse we stayed one night..thus us insane. I have never stayed in this luxury before and will never forget it. Will be back definitely! The apartment was so clean and perfect I wanted to live there forever)

We stayed in the Penthouse July 2022. It was an absolute highlight of our trip after re-booking our NZ trip 4 times throughout 2020-2022 and 2 years of lockdowns in Melbourne.Thank you Kim and your team. The Apartment was absolutely breath-taking. The views were spectacular, we loved the apartment and cannot thank you enough ❤️

Brilliant all round, great views, beautiful apartment. Great location to harbour. Car park is secure but a little tight for large vehicles.

Picton Waterfront Luxury Apartment
We stayed in an apartment on 06/01. It was clean and tidy and spacious but there were a few flies inside which was a bit of a turnoff. TV we couldn't get to work and it was after 8pm so didn't ring but that was abit disappointing. Washing machine was a washer and dryer in one, also took forever to dry and clothes were still abit damp. Thanks for having us stay, it was last minute booking so glad there was space.

Our stay there was great, was spacious and clean. Very modern. Loved the view from our apartment. Great location, just few mins walk from everything you needThe check in and out was effortless.Couldn’t find a fault.
