Great service, great rooms very good location

We held a workshop at The Elms for a group of 16 teachers. The meeting space was great and the food was amazing. It was such great value for money. Attendees were so impressed with their lunch. Thank you so much The Elms team.

Rooms could go with a bit of a tidy up. Some work was already under way so it should be great next time I go. Restaurant needs better vegetarian options

Had lunch for daughters birthday on Thurs,very basic but very nice. Daughter got married there 7 yrs ago absolutely fantastic rooms were great then as guest s stayed there as well Excellent night had by all

Booked a twin room. Very good size, two extremely comfortable Queen beds. The best part was the air conditioning, an individual system that kept our room wonderfully cool during very hot days. The bathroom was will appointed with shower over bath, that is a bit dated these days but it was clean and in great condition.The room has a smart tv that connects to your own Netflix account but also has a wide range of sky channels.The only problem we had was the tv stopped connecting to the internet. Both the maintenance guy and the general manager tried to get it going again to no avail. It wasn't a major problem, just my son wanted to watch a few things on Netflix. The manager kindly gave us two drink vouchers for this minor inconvenience. The in room wifi was still working fine.In all, a great stay, lovely room and friendly staff. Will be back

Have stayed before, nice place, restaurant and bar is handy. Food was great and service quick. Yes would stay again
