Wouldn't recommend, after telling me to bring my car in the following day i make arrangements for a family member to drop off my car only to be told on the day sorry to busy" both myselfand family had taken time off work only to get mucked around

Robert & the team are fast, efficient, professional, and do an EXCELLENT job with auto repairs. Their experience & knowledge really complement the standard of service they provide to their customers. Highly recommended.

Robert who is the owner of this business was so accomodating and polite. Very friendly and nothing was a problem for him. Certainly will go back again

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO FLEETCARE. My experience and others I know have had the worst experiences with owner Robert. Robert baits you in with the idea of payment plans, but he adds his OWN interest to it. I took my car to him for a WOF, after receiving it back my car begun to show troubles with its engine and turbo. I told him after that my car has never shown trouble like this until he or co touched it, and if he could remedy it to which I was met with a tirade of anger and denial. I refused to pay him until the problem was fixed by which time I took it to another mechanic. I heard stories from others of similar issues, being overcharged, or being told something was wrong when really it wasn't in order for them to spend money. After this long dispute, a year later he comes to my workplace and deliberately crashes his 4WD into my car to ruin it in the early morning. to his shock this was all caught on hidden CCTV. I confronted him about it with my work and Police, and with the evidence he admitted it was him. I'm now being encouraged to press charges against this fella for willful damage. I will never have anything to do with this mechanic or workshop and encourage others to go elsewhere! DO NOT GO TO FLEETCARE!

Friendly, honest staff and quality service. Robert (owner) is up front with any unexpected costs with a phone call before proceeding with any additional work. Robert has been servicing my cars for close to 8 or so years now. Never ever had a problem.

Robert and his staff are really friendly and offer great service at affordable prices. He has done regular wofs and maintenance on my cars. Never take your car to FLEETCARE AUTO MECHANIC and never trust ROBERT, he's another con artist who's been ripping people of for years by pretending to fix their cars and inventing problems that never exist...I know this cos I took my car there today for WOF, and he told me that I couldn't get a warrant cos I needed to fix my shock absorber first, I asked him how long its gona take and how much it will cost me, he quoted between $400 - $500 including service and it will take half day..Long story short I decided not to let him fix my car but left FLEETCARE and went to VTNZ at the airport where I paid $89.00 upfront for inspection and the basic check...I got my warrant, there's was nothing wrong with the shock absorber, the only thing I needed was a service,.. to think that I've been paying Robert to service my car over the years, and the only service he did to my car was to slap a sticker on my windscreem stating the dates for the next service...ĎÒĎGYWord from the wise STAY AWAY FROM FLEETCARE!

Highly trusted team. I don't think they have Mercedes computer to diagnose a problem but the the owner is a awesome person with a very good knowledge. Highly recommend.
