Food was nice and hot. Service was good. Nice quiet time to visit even though they were a bit busy.

Massive queue ... Only 2 self service machines working. Person on the till ignoring people waiting ... When I informed them that only 2 machines are operating no one seemed to be that bothered. Coffee was good.

Macdonalds in Papamoa always serve me a hotcakes breakfast with 2 sausage patties . As shown in the photo if you butter the pancakes and layer the patties in between the finished artwork is just mouthwatering!!! I Only recommend once a week though ! In the UK you can order as a breakfast hotcakes and sausage which is their standard breakfast menu. Shame it hasn't caught on here... Try it !

They were sending out every burger without girkens. I went back and asked if i coulf get gerkins in my big mac anx got a terrible attitute from the staff and broad indian manager. My mate then ordered 10mins after and same thing, no gerkins and onions. they also dont fill the chips up properly and forget the customer is paying and it is expensive! Lazy staff not making burgers properly and worse that the manager condones it. How about tell your staff to make them properly, not attack the customer. This is one of those maccas you dont waste your time going to. They must lose alot of customers

I’ve order uber eats through them multiple times and called and requested steamed buns and they have always accommodated me in doing so. Tonight I spoked with someone name Theresa and she wouldn’t have a bar of my request. She was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. With them taking as long as they do with getting uber out and how much it costs I would assume they would like to help their customers with such a small request. I don’t want to leave such reviews like this. It is very unlike me to even say something but I’m tired of the food that I pay $40 being so subpar when it can be better just by helping with that one small request.

Ordered via uber eats multiple times and I had enough with my food keep coming cold even when paying priority!My drivers are always in the allocated time frame, so why is it cold? Does Mc donalds not care about keeping the order warm until drivers collect or do they just let it sit on a bench.Poor drivers really I hope they don't get penalized for the bad feedback.

Things are often missing and I ordered a McFlurry, but it takes 30 minutes. In the midst of his busy schedule, the manager is talking with a female employee. Is it that hard for them to give a simple order first?

Service of cleaning is very low in the playground. I was shocked to see how dirty the windows,doors and play area are .it's needs a professional clean.gross .and unhygienic for our kids to play there!and stuffy and aircon not on to freshen the air either.
