We purchased a headstone for our mum at Robinsons Memorials in March 2020 just before the first Covid lockdown. We made a number of changes between then and when they were finally able to place the kohatu in November 2022 (we had new additions to the whanau) . The team at Robinsons were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Marlon is awesome to deal with. The inscription and artwork was perfect and the Robinsons team restoring our existing stones did a beautiful job. Robinson Memorials created a beautiful unique headstone for our son. We drew up a plan of what we wanted, something special and unique to our family, choosing carefully the stone, artwork and wording. It was a very special memorial to mark a very sad time in our lives. Unfortunately Robinson Memeorials then created the exact same headstone for another family, apart from the wording not one thing is different. In fact it is in direct line of sight to our sons memorial. When I questioned them about their lack of sensitivity they blamed an ex employee and the other family. They said they would consider the matter and discussed getting something up on their website to limit these types of issues in the future. This was back in December and nothing has been done.

The Team did an awesome job refurbishing our Grandparents headstone & adding an additional Plaque. A stress free process & result looks fantastic. I highly recommend Robinson Memorials.

Getting engraving done on a headstone is never a simple and straightforward process, especially when it involves your parents, however thank you to Gary for listening to our requests, and for explaining the processes.
