3 weeks and still no delivery for an order I have paid for. No one calls Back, Chat online is useless and tells me to call the store for an update. Store doesnt answer the phone

I returned an item to the store, the refund did not work.Customer service asks me to contact directly the store.The store staff have not answered me for 3 months.I notified that I was only passing through New Zealand. maybe that's why they don't answer me.I call that stealing. I loose 80 dollars.

HiI need to reply to this one as I had visited them when I am it town and look through there store to see what they had on show as I have a loot of toys that I would like to add to my ones.Also I had a problem with a power surge that killed my two TVs.So I had to go to my insurance supplier who put me through Noel Leeming to get one replacement and that was very good as it was over three weeks after the avent which means no TV since then, not good.Cheers

I went in for a quick purchase. Went to the counter, waited, waited, waited, waited.And waited.Not impressed.The Smarttag+ I finally bought had a fault when I got home connected it so I rang Tech support at 2:15 pm only to be told it was after hours.In the end I went to the Samsung shop who very quickly found and fixed the fault.To be fair I've had much better experiences at Noel Leeming.

You can see many staffs are available to help. Knowledgeable and capable of helping you to find the product you want. Definitely worth to use them to dine the shopping faster.

The online Noel Leeming service experience is great. The in shop experience does not match up. I went there about 3 weeks ago. I am not sure whether it was because it was during the Christmas break and the staff were overwhelmed, but of the 5 staff members I interacted with, only 2 showed enthusiasm and good customer service.A simple query of where I could find a monitor led to three interactions with three staff members before the 3rd staff provided great customer experience. He was patient and helpful.About 2 hours later I went back because I forgot something and my 4th interactionwith a certain gent was meh! He acted like he couldn't be bothered.The 5th interaction was with the lady at the billing counter who provided friendly service.

Got everything you may be looking for and more . The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

what a horrible customer explain saler.when I bought phone in here.He talked me any damaged fix by insurance.I brought my damaged screen my phone.Another guy talked me it can't fix because not inside.The saller should n't talked me anything.It's a worst customer selling here.
