Racist old ladies in the perfume & cologne section. They followed me around while I was shopping and making me feel super uncomfortable. Disgusting customer service. Don’t go here

RUDE OLD LADY CALLED LEE who works in the perfume department on a Saturday... I went to take up two items to the perfume counter and also buy a bottle of Jimmy choo perfume and she deliberately ignored me and walked off to dust her perfume shelf instead. Clearly because she thought it wasn't going to be a perfume sale she wasn't interested, but she was wrong. Ended up going across to life pharmacy and getting the Jimmy choo perfume i wanted from there instead. Farmers should look at her customer service as this isn't the first time she has acted like this.

Great store, good customer service. Able to outfit your home with quality appliances or furniture, able to dress the whole family in clothes you feel good wearing. Well worth a visit when looking for items to make your home comfortable both Winter and Summer at prices that are well within the budget, even toys to keep the young ones amused during the school holidays, a must stop when visiting the Palms

Absolutely lovely store and even better with Stevens inside the store. The prices aren't always the most affordable but the quality is up there against even more upmarket stores such as Ballantynes. A wonderful place to get good quality unique gifts. The ladies in the perfume section were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about their products.
