Just went into update my reg. Was waiting in the line for 20 mins, which was absolutely fine, the staff were working hard at helping out people and going the extra mile. It was lovely to see.Unfortunately when it was my turn I was given to a different staff, Michael. He was incredibly aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. He was demanding, and I mean demanding, my address to update my reg which I was confused about him needing. He wouldn't explain, except to say he won't update my reg without my address, after me politely asking a couple of times out of curiosity why he needed it. Within about ten seconds he became frustrated, verbally attacking me saying he didn't know what my problem is"

They don’t do printing apparently, despite having a printer
