Mr Motors Group Service Centre

Nice and efficient service centre for the Mr Motors customers.The staff are well trained and helpful.Quick and efficient service is ensured.Waiting area is OK and WiFi enabled too.Bookings are essential due to a large number of customers requesting the time slots at a given time.Overall highly recommended.

Guys my advice is if they fail you on your WoF with their ‘free’ check up…. Always get a second opinion…. !!!Otherwise these guys will bully you into paying them and hold your car with one excuse or the other !!! & will cash in on your insurance policy !!Kieth at reception is their main bully, very condescending in how he talks and rude to say the least.

Wow! What an experience! Keith, who is the receptionist/booking clerk is exceptional at being rude. Not only does he talk over and at you with an air of arrogance, his opinion, which is stated loudly, is clearly superior. Keith and his pattern of behaviour (which is identified in the multiple reviews and during my interactions with him) is really degrading. Also, a servicing record is a vital part of having a service and when this is not provided because 'zero-invoicing' is cited as the reason (which makes absolutely no sense and is not an excuse), it's just bad and lazy business practices.

Decent vehicle wholesaler....their service department could do better hence the lost star

Good quality cars, but not sure about customer service. The sales agent went on to make and receive casual phone calls while talking to us and showing us the car we were interested in. I wanted to take it for a test drive but decided not to due to their lack of professionalism

That’s amazing news!Those guys are hilarious - working around the clock, amazing meet and greet approach, incredible customer service, great quality, good timekeeping (as per their appointments and volume of clients), great location, last but not least - hey they are doing their best to serve our expectations and standards.I can tell - they definitely are exceeded mine.Always happy coming in happy leaving and returning again.Here’s the place to mention that they have lovely new reception / office just at the left hand side.Thank You Team. One of the worst after sales service experience. Mount wellington sales department was excellent. Bt after sales was poorest in the world in my experience. By providing free service, they try to prove that they are doing great favour for customers. They dont care about anything when i went for service. When i went to them last week because i had car engine popped up, the reply was We cant check anything at the moment ". I was okay as they were busy. So

be wary of this outfit, from the service manager keith outright lying about their warranty obligations, his rude condescending tone and complete lack of caring, to the sales department in mt wellington being of the same nature overall, this car yard is terrible and should be avoided.its buyer beware with this mob

Good efficient service when bringing my vehicle in for service and WOF. Communication was great.My only complaints is that they are not open on weekends and long booking lead time, both of which are understandable and can be worked around.
