There were 5 workers on, yet we had to wait 30+ mins for our order. We also had to change our meat to chicken as they didn’t have any beef left? We ended up getting a refund as service was taking too long. It’s disappointing as there were 10+ Uber Eats orders lined up on the counter, yet we were left to wait… Not a great experience, inside was a mess even though there was ample staff available.

Food and service both were on point. friendly staff members, new, nice and clean premises. Kids side of the menu looked pretty good too. Outside seating area is very spacious. We were served by a very friendly management team. Will definitely be back.

Worst money ever spent. I ordered their vegan meal, I paid around 17 dollars for some lettuce, some black beans and a pinch of avocado dressing and rice that seemed stale and like leftover being cooked in a pan when it loses its chewiness and was crispy and hard and no taste in good. Never going there again.. what a waste of money.. was not worth even 5 bucks.. and no spoon or napkins provided, how I was supposed to eat???

The best place ever, their food was soop good the Team here were efficient and polite and the food was prepped so well the chips were yummy as! We live on the shore but definitely worth the drive to New Lynn.

Very quick service, food came to us within 5 mins but probably due to the restaurant being almost empty.My husband and I ordered the big crunch box meals which were $16 each, I was seriously disappointed due to the taco having 2 tablespoons of meat, filled the rest with lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese on top...The crunch wrap was the same, essentially two tablespoons of meat, a tablespoon of cheese which was all on one side, a large round chip on top, heaps of lettuce and like a teaspoon of sour cream. Seriously bland.3* is for the good hot chips and the sauce that comes with it is yum.We got my son the 2 crispy chicken strips combo which was $12.50 the chicken was so small but the dipping sauce was really good, still not worth the money, more like $7. Had to take him to maccas afterwards because he complained he was still hungry... after a $12.50 meal?Overall, overpriced. $44.50 to all go hungry.

Great staff, yummy food, wicked decor. If you want authentic Mexican this isn't your place. If you want a filling fast food meal that isn't the usual McDonald's or KFC. This place is great.

8 Jul, 19:30pm. Waited 25 minutes since placed my order 11. Noticed everyone after me received there food. Asked team member what is going on. They just forgot about order 11. Expected better service. Disappointed.

Don't go here, food was cold, no napkins given out, no sauce available, literally waited 35 minutes. They had barely any staff and the place was packed. I know if they had more than two people in the kitchen it would of been better. The one in town is much better.

Went in late to grab a meal for our daughter - what an absolute treat to meet up with Albert.. smiling, welcoming, engaging; with a gorgeous smile. 100% made us want to return and we hadn’t even ordered food for ourselves. What an asset!

Got the big taco crunch which included a taco and quesadilla. It was a beautiful thing and I demolished the spicy fries too. My partner barley got to touch the taco before I wolfed it down.Only critique I had was when I was getting my sparkling water the residual flavour from the last person tainted my cup and I had to wash out my cup. Perhaps if they had a self rinsing setting on the drink machine that could be helpful but next time I’ll make sure to let it run through first.
