Loved our stay here! Friendly staff, very clean facility and well maintained. Definitely the place to stay when you up North. Kitchen facility always kept clean and well equipped. Bathrooms always clean and staff friendly and helpful!

We stayed recently and the service was well below par. Most of the staff were very friendly but the lady at checkin asked us to squeeze into a spot which meant we had to walk through mud. There was nobody next door and we could have easily solved the problem by moving over 50cm but she was adamant she wanted that site empty in case someone came.... middle of winter... place is empty. Then we discovered the water is dirty.... the lady was nice enough but tried to blame my caravan plumbing when the same water was coming out of two of their taps. We ended up having to buy water and you can see the difference in the colour in the pics. I've had much better experiences at about 5 other top tens I've stayed at.

Very good stay.Reception was friendly.Self contained 2 bed motel unit was nice, fresh and clean.Location was awesome, nice view and very quiet.Grounds were well kept.Only a couple of small downsides that prevent a 5 star rating.No extractor fan in the bathroom, the wall heater was broken and the supplied heated really didn't cut it.But thanks for a nice stay...

Clean and nice location but had the worst nights sleep because there are bright lights everywhere that no amount of towels over the face could block out. Lights outside cabins on the mound should be on sensors, not constantly on all night. There are also a million mosquitos so bring all the citronella and all the repellent in the world. We had about 20 bloodstained squashed mosquitos sploches on the roof of our camper by the end of it. When we arrived there were lots of dogs running around off lead. We kept ours on the whole time until the end where we threw a stick on a patch of grass before leaving and got told off with an elaborate explanation... Happy to follow the rules, would be nice if its consistent with other dog owners or just a quick heads up though.

Brilliant stay in the beachfront apartment. Plenty of room, great views and most comfortable. Darlene and her team were amazing

Great place to stay in a superb area. We ended up staying an extra night and the last minute booking was fine by them and they were great to deal with. Simple tidy room, comfy bed and lovely staff.

We went for powered site camp site. It was spacious and have a nearby common toilet and kitchen. It has a complete kitchen utensils that you can borrow. You can also rent kayak and with a small store beside the reception. There is a playground, clean and tidy common TV toom.

Came here during some flash flooding and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful! Thank you for looking after us and making us feel safe. We’ll be back :) (in hopefully better weather!)

Great campground. Friendly staff and great communication. We've received a couple of emails beforehand with all instructions. The studio cabin was bigger than expected as there was no much information of that studio for 2 on their website - so please check our photos. We were really pleased with the size of it. Amazing location, just across the beach and also a 15 minutes drive from every other beach in the peninsula. The net door and the chairs were a bit wonky so we decided to fix it as a thank you. Can't wait to go back! :)

My only complaint is the dump station. A hook on a stick is needed to lift the drain to wash away solid matter.
