I experienced amazing customer service today from Grace! She was so patient with me when I was looking for two different frames! popping out lenses so I could get a better feel for the glasses without tint, talking me through all of the extra options, repeating the options when I didn't understand! Exceptional, thank you again for your help

The outcome was quite good but these guys need to work on the client experience. I mean, they don't care at all! The front desk staff greeted me well and the booking was managed with efficiency. But once I arrived, the optometrist seems like she is over-worked and totally over her job. The consult rooms are messy, the carpet is worn out , there are no credentials on the wall at all. The front desk staff just chatted together about personal stuff like I wasn't there. The store front looks good! They can do so much better. If I was the manager, I would have all calls and bookings processed in a different room and have the frontline staff act as a concierge service at the front. Sales would soar!

I must admit I have always hated getting my eyes tested and getting new glasses. Due to this, I put it off for as long as possible. I will not continue to put it off any longer. The entire team at Bailey Nelson made the whole experience easy and fun. I was served by Narges and let me say, I can not sing her praises enough. She was kind, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. The front manger was also amazing and even repaired my existing glasses so they more comfortable to wear while I waited for my new ones to arrive. I will absolutely be coming back here!!!

The optometrist is very professional, friendly and thorough. Sales staff excellent also and they looked after me when I needed to change my original choice of prescription glasses. First time I've had that quality of eye examination and it gave me the impression they are looking at total eye health.

It was my first time having an eye test and getting glasses today. I had an excellent experience at Bailey Nelson! Amazing service and very friendly staff. I felt very well looked after. Really recommend going here if it is your first time getting an eye test, they are very thorough and explain everything so well.

I wish to give a big compliment to Hazel (I hope the spelling is correct) for her kind assistance. I was looking for a spectacle shop to help me out to adjust my frame due to out of shape when I was travelling in CHC. While enquire on the spectacle adjustment service in this store, I bumped into her and she offered me to help out to adjust my spectacle frame without any costs! She really made my day!

Amazing service, amazing prices and range of frames. Optometrist is absolutely top notch. Staff are so friendly, loving and knowledgeable. Highly recommend coming here!
