I knew nothing about 'Fresh Look Painters' as a business, & found them on a Google search. I saw that there was a personal name listed, & liked that. In my experience (when a name is listed) I have found that more personable & James (Painter) really delivered. This was not a Franchise & also liked that; as you are dealing with the owner directly. His business & reputation is what you meet. Not a ' Contractor ' for a Franchise. James answered my call direct, we shared some Q&A, & booked a time to view the job. He did this within the week of my inquiry. Brilliant!!!James really knows his colours, textures, what paint has been used & what to use for your own choice. Immediately I felt totally confident & really happy with his advice & expertise. James targets a time frame & meets it, but if for any reason there is a change (& only if absolutely necessary) James will always give you reasons, re-schedule what suits you, & meet that obligation. James always ensures you are always informed of progress, & time frames.His skill of work is perfection, & makes sure you are completely happy with progress, & the end result. He is really efficient, works with expertise & professionalism. His prices are good too.I cannot find any fault at all with 'Fresh Look Painters' (James). Totally satisfied & impressed.
