Tom was amazing. The best travel agent I've ever dealt with. He listened to get a really clear understanding of what we wanted, then he worked hard to get us the best deals, then surprised us with extras. The term 'exceeding expectations' can often sound like a cliche, but Tom has exceeded ours and I have no hesitation recommending him. We are booking all our future travel with him.

EVELYN SHORTALL from the Taupo branch provided us with 5 star services. Extremely recommended! When no other branch in the country had the time to help me and my partner find tickets to Europe. She managed to find us the best tickets, at the best price, in a couple of days. Amazing service from real genuine people who care. Can't thank Evelyn and the team at the Taupo branch enough!!! Amazing service!!!
