Went there for the first time today as I am not impressed with the customer service from our usual place.. Although Chatters looked busy the staff were polite, helpful and friendly. I will be back :)

one off stop visit ..parking right outside if its not too busy .. large load wash $6.50, ok I spose but of youre not there when youre washing is finished $2 penalty .. bit harsh esp as a potential new customer but yea he did warn me by pointing out the sign.. customer service not incl.
