L'Americano Espresso Bar
Had a lovely cuppa from a bubbly and welcoming waitress. Would definitely recommend coming here for a peaceful drink and sit down. Even though it's in the middle of a mall, it's got a lovely ambience.

Beautiful coffee and hot drinks are here!!! Really lovely space, intimate and seating in the mall too. Seating inside the furniture shop which is a nice touch. Pastries and sweets were delightful.

A stylish espresso bar at Westfield, New MarketCome here for a coffee & pastry this time.Very nice n friendly staff here, tell me all the coffee quality n the pastry ingredients in details.Interior design: stylish wooden design, Europe an style of cabinet. Nice modern tableware.Flat white is great, strong enoughAmazing Chocolate pastry, fill up with chocolate filling, Premium ingredient.

Decor was sophisticated but the sever was very unfriendly. Food was alright but the crudo was drowning in oil.

Nice tiny cafe right next to coco republic. The coffee was great (they have a nice coffee machine with a screen - seems hi tech) and the food from the cabinet was also delicious. Highly recommend the carrot cake!! the lady at the till was really nice. Would recommend!

I had really offended feeling at this place today. I was out for lunch break with a famliy, One of staff member who's name is Kitty came to us and she was nearly forcing to us to sit where she pointing it. Also she was quite intense and rude, wasn't feel warm and welcome so we decided not to have a lunch there, just had a coffee. I was very surprised by her behavior and angry expression was very unpleasant.I’ve had a few servers in the past who I thought were useless, or rude, and I normally just let it go. I just don’t tip them but this unfriendly lady made our lunch break unpleasant.Never want to go there again.

Came in breakfast time on my own, on my request the kind hostess let me ordering my favorite salad for my breakfast. Yummy as always. I have finished it to the last bit. The piccolo coffee here is also recommended. I thank the chef, hostess and staff with their high standard professionalism. Thinking of bringing my family in in the future. Well done Team.

I had a nice lunch here, with a tasty plate of gnocchi and a decent cuppa cappuccino. The decor felt rather sophisticated and I liked that it opens up to the furniture shop. It’s a relaxing place for a quick bite to eat.

L'Americano Espresso Baris amazing! They offered the best coffee, food, pastries..Staff are highly capable, showing all time to their customers positive attention.The atmosphere of this cafe is so relaxing. I could not ask for more because everything that I needed was provided.Cafe manger is very Classy & Respectful, and making all Customers Feel Valued.I felt appreciated the second I stepped in.Well done, guys! Keep making great coffee and pastries.

The atmosphere and coffee is great. However, the attitude of the manager is the sole deterrent for me coming back. I went with a group of people and every person in my group voluntarily remarked on how rude the manager is. Please have the manager check her attitude and if she isn't an owner, I would recommend that she undergoes an extensive performance plan to correct her attitude. We paid good hard earned money to get some reprieve from our busy stressful lives and would very much not like to be treated like cattle.From the reviews, I can see that I am not the first reviewer to comment on the manager's horrendous attitude.
