If you are elderly DONT rent from these people.I am after a month still trying to get my mother's bond back.It was only after threatening to lodge a complaint with tribunal services that I got a response.

Really can't ask for much more out of an agent than what Ben provides! Great communication, always available and able to provide a rapid response for even the most trivial of questions. Ben went above and beyond to secure a deal for my property, and was supportive and helpful throughout the entire process.Ben is upfront, honest, and realistic when it comes to expectations on price, which is refreshing to see.
