Got good rate from third party rental website. Car was good and customer service person Mazhar at the Napier was excellent. He kept everything ready for us.

Highly recommend to use. I would defs be using their services again hassle free experience as a 1st time rental user. Thank you for the lovely vehicle that got us home safe and sound. Mahzar from Napier Europcars was amazing to deal with and didnt muck around. Only downside was that who ever rented car last it was not cleaned out as I located pamphlet papers and a drink under the car seats.

Absolute shocking customer service. Grumpy staff. Took forever to find our reservation. Then grumbled about how busy they were and had 12 customers but only 6 cars. Moaned about head office and how they overbook things. Then charged me a $200 bond that we knew nothing about. Had no interest in customer service. We were told once the car has been dropped off we would get our bond back within 21 days, 7 weeks later, still no bond back.Only used this company as all the others had no cars available, would have been easier to get the bus!
