Airports are either a pain in the proverbial or good, depending on circumstances .the Airport in the Tron is a good one.The most user friendly bit is the plate recognition parking system ,all hands free. Awesome .To top it off 1 hour free ,what more could you want?

Has changed alot. Friendly airline staff and cafe personal. They are working on the exit area when finished will inprove the flow. Nice atmosphere.

Spacious and clean it’s a nice space inside. outside some nice shrubs and green areas but the shrubs now obscure many of the road signs ….

I don’t think I saw any retail shops but it’s quite a large open terminal with quite a few shops for like rental cars etc. pretty easy to navigate around as once your in the door you can see from one check in side to bag collection side. I’m pretty sure they had no Xmas music playing when we were there either. There is a bar/cafe up stairs and a large viewing area with seating.

Cute, this is the word to describe this airport. Small, compact and cute. Well maintained, clean, basic amenities like a eatery store, toilet and bins.

Great little airport. Easy access, good parking, nice facilities and excellent staff. Would be improved by a resumption of flights to Auckland and international flights. The main flaw is the lack of any form of public transport to Hamilton City and the price of the taxis is very high.

Nice simple Little airport, staff were very friendly and helpful and efficient. The cafe is upstairs, it's quite pricey but expected. There was lots of parking today one week out from Christmas. First hour of parking is free then it's $4 for 2hrs and so on.

New upgrade but little to pass the waiting time except a cafe. Seems all a.bit to sterile to be an interesting place to wait for a flight.
