THANK YOU SO MUCH Gardenia's Catering for the wonderful job you did last week for our father's 70th birthday. Arriving early to set up, serving our vip guests, delicious food and very helpful. Seeing you guys working tirelessly the whole time lifted so much stress off our shoulders! Thank you for trusting us also with your trays to put our leftover food in because we forgot our chilli bins home :)) And the extra pig we paid we took home because the two were enough for our 500 guests so we had it for Sunday with the families, thank you very much!We will def book again soon for our sisters massive wedding. Love the food and set up was beautiful, the team were friendly and helpful. Very prompt with responses and were early for their set up. Excellent food which our guests and families enjoyed. Food was cold. Warmers used but not working. Quality of food was average.

Super grateful for Gardenia’s catering services, planning any birthday can be daunting, this amazing family made it smooth, Gardenia kept all communication lines open, checked in to make sure if we were sure about our menus. It was such a smooth process & highly recommend. To top it off the food was delicious & well presented. Service was 10/10. Fa’afetai Gardenia Services. Love Seve family.

Awesome communication, amazing set up, friendly service, early to the location, clean and very professional. Our guests loved the food and have received so many wonderful compliments. Thank you for the awesome dj as well, our leftover food, cleaned kitchen, and help with our faa-Samoa stuff ha! We have spread the wonderful job you guys do so thank you!Love and blessings and will be back for future events.

20/05/2023… Unveiling…We used this service on the Saturday just gone and despite having paid for 180ppl, there was merely a quantity of food for 150ppl. The quality was very average the food was cold even sitting on the warmers and the chicken drumsticks were so very tiny it looked dried out or even cooked the day before. The 50kilo pig wasundercooked, I could see a lot of blood running from it, my overall experience with Gardenias this time round was not a good one as even the workers on the floor didn’t even look like they wanted to be there. Totally feel ripped off of food that was brought in and served, there was no way that was for 180ppl, initially it was for 150ppl and then we added an extra 30ppl to the numbers which was paid in full 10 days before our event. I don’t think that was taken into account and was left at 150ppl but barely even 130 ppl turned up, yet the food went very quick and regardless of how many times it was topped up, because a tray topped up 3x was not the quantity for 150ppl alone. Very tight on the food pushed out so it was very disappointing, the only let down on the night for me.

20.05.23 - unveilingI was there at this unveiling and I can confirm that review about the pig undercooked is true and the amount of food pushed out was not an amount for 150- 180 people. I understand though it was a standard menu, that shouldn't change the quality of the food served. It was such a disappointment to see as people were looking forward to a warm meal on a cold and rainy day however, though on the warmers, the food was not near hot enough to be enjoyed.I will not be using this service again especially for such an important event.
