Better trees bay of plenty

Thanks to Alex, Wayne and Daniel for a great, professional job felling our cherry tree that was becoming too large and dangerous. Sad to see it go. And also to the team for pruning several other trees on our section and cleaning up so well afterwards. Alex split some branches for firewood for us and also liaised with Josh Wright who took three large pieces of the tree for milling. They even made the stump into a kids table with steps cut in for the grandkids to climb it! We are so glad we found Alex and his crew.

I have used Alex on several occasions now. He is an extremely knowledgeable arborist and offers a very professional service. He has kept me well informed when it has come to each job and finishes the job properly when it comes to cleaning the site. I would definitely use him every time and would recommend him to others.

Alex and his team did a great job of removing the dead wood from a large and much-loved melia tree that overhangs our deck. I am very attached to the tree and was concerned about the tree's health, so I wanted someone who was knowledgeable and would give good advice. I felt like our tree was in safe hands (Alex knows his stuff and is a genuine tree lover!) and am confident that we have given it the best chance of survival, while removing the risk of dead wood. Our property was left tidy, with the rounds of wood placed neatly along the fenceline for us to give to our neighbours to chop up for firewood. 100% happy with the job Alex and his team did for us in every respect. Alex was quick to come around and quote and his price was extremely competitive. On the job the team was efficient, polite and left the site beautifully tidy. We appreciate the extra bits and pieces they did for us over and above what we expected, including Alex's patience as I drilled him for fruit tree pruning advice :) We're stoked that the palm trunks are going to be turned into compost rather than just dumped. I recently had a very large tree removed and selected Alex and his staff to complete the tasks. His pricing is very sharp he is prompt to reply to messages and we were able to quickly set a date. On the day Alex and his staff were amazing. They are highly professional very careful and safe and what they do. They cleared up all the mess. You could hardly see where this huge tree had been felled. I wanted the word for firewood so Alex very kindly chopped into pieces big enough for us to lift on the trailer.
