Tash and her team were awesome. They arrived in the morning and stayed till the job was done. We are in Taranaki. The house is over 100 years old and has ceiling insulation and under floor insulation. Only recently done but with this cold snap have already noticed an improvement. Money very well spent

Early 2021 we had our roof done. We are super happy as our 1960s home is so much warmer! Alex was fast & informative with quotes & also curtain suggestions. The 2 guys that did the job were professional & friendly & it only took 2 hours, A++++

The team did a fantastic job, couldn't even tell they had been here. Rangi's team was very professional and friendly to deal with even with my nosey 6 year old asking loads of questions. Super happy with the end result, noticed the difference straight away and for the first time we didnt need to have individual heaters on in the kids rooms. The house is much more comfortable to be in, totally worth the money! Would totally recommend anyone with an older drafty house like ours, definatly worth it!

In the Autumn of 2019, we had Insulmax come to our 1930's home and insulate our outer walls. Over winter, we have found that we didn't need to light our fire as much or use an oil heater constantly as we have had to do in previous years. Our home is definitely warmer by about 5 degrees. I highly recommend Alex and his team.

We had Insulmax Hawke's Bay handle our installation. It took 2 days as we have a 2 story 70s architecture home, so it isn't your average square box. We were lucky to have the owner Alex come along also to have a look over the job at hand. The team that installed our Insulmax was Callum and Rangie. Hand on heart what amazing younge men. They were very professional, knowledgeable and were always happy to answer any questions.The process from begin to end is absolutely perfect and non intrusive during the hole process. Our home looks like it hasn't had anything done to it at all.We have felt the home has become alot warmer and not cold feeling like it was in the past. Firstly I would say it is a great product and they did extra by topping up roof cavity with product that didn't need to go into one side my house however........we had a few issues. The communication on the day was poor, over an hour late no calls or apologies. They had issues with their equipment (install pipe falling apart/need of repair) so more delays, over an hour and a half to sort. Later in the day popped of site (told us shouldn't be more than a hour) returning over 2 hours later. So with all those delays it dragged on and they couldn't complete that day. The workmanship I found was lacking knowledge or care in what they were doing......drilling way more holes than needed, some holes nearly came through wall inside (I had to stop them), smoking on my property, when plastering the holes some were left rough and paint job not very good and the overall customer service was lacking. Was shown the thermal camera as they started the job but was not given the reinsurance at the end it was completed.So long story short, great product but this Insulmax team lacked professionalism.

Highly professional team right from the outset. From a simple logged enquiry online, to Mike getting in touch and able to meet on-site, and then before you know it a price is in front of you. Then Callum is getting in touch and with his skills, knowledge and amazing work ethic the product is in the walls before you know it. What a massive difference it has made, words cannot do justice to the house before and now after install, don't want to leave the house, why had we not done this till now! Don't hesitate get this amazing product with the backing of an excellent team today.

Callum was absolutely awesome. Did a great job and were really thorough. House is much warmer and well worth the money.

Although the installation was interrupted by flooding and covid issues, Callum kept me informed. He is an extremely hard worker, he knows the product and procedures. He worked very long days to get the installation completed. The house and lawn were cleaned up perfectly. The house was immediately warmer, holding heat for much longer and warming up very quickly. I recommend the company.

Great service, kept in touch, everyone was really good to deal with, thank you Mike for the quote, Callum for the insulation and Alex for the final painting after Lockdown.Had it installed in all the walls from the outside, the guys were quick and professional. Brilliant job.Then we had one of the coldest nights in winter (-3) - got up next morning and INSTANTLY noticed the house was warmer than it was before we had insulation. Condensation on the bedroom windows (not lots, but was noticeable) has gone.This is going to make a real difference, having a warmer, drier home for years, well worth the investment in getting it done.
