Read this before you buy.Disclaimer this was 7 years ago but I believe the same people are still working there (Mathew Keane)I initially talked to Hylton who competently explained the treatment with and was ultimately the reason that I decided to go ahead with it.Unfortunately Hylton moved after a few weeks of my treatment beginning and was replaced by Matthew Keane who poorly handled my case. I followed the program strictly putting as much time and effort as I could into the treatment which included buying the laser cap ($4740 at the time) on top of the already expensive treatment costs.After a while without noticing much change I tried to discuss this with Matthew who was unreceptive to these conversations and tried to use blemishes as a point of reference to my hairline in a photos that the clinic took 3 months before hand. I continued on the program for a while longer hoping that it would improve with time. It did not, I feel that I was lead on with empty promises and instead could've withdrawn from the program earlier.but I am not complaining about the success rate as I knew there was no guaranteed results. What I can say is that the consultation services I received during the treatment were less than one star and I fully regret spending my time and money on the program.Learn from my poor experience, there are now better options available.This review is about the hair regrowth treatment I did not use any other services from A&M

I was very disappointed at the experience I had at this clinic early 2020. A waste of time. The guy we saw didn’t even examine the clients head, he just sat on the other side of the desk and gave us a or b very expensive option. If you are female, go elsewhere. The clinic and the staff did not appear professional.

Visited today, it was amazing experience with doctor.

Don’t sign anything, they are legally locking you in, and will get lawyers involved, read the fine print, and also read the side effects the won’t tell you about, the studies conducted have a very low number of participants, avoid this company!

I went in for a consultation with Matthew last month. He was very informative, friendly and helpful. Great service.

1 star isn’t accurate to how they deal with cancellations. how they deal and treat customers when they don’t get their money is sickening. And how they deal with customers who have returned all gear and try charge them for it. Just too many faults to the system.
