Bought a great bread knife from here about 6 months ago. More recently bought a food processor online in the evening, on committing order realised I chose the wrong colour so emailed the company. Got an email back very quickly (after hours) saying they’d change it for me.

Yesterday, my sister and I arrived at this FABULOUS shop late in the afternoon to research into purchasing an air fryer. The shop is an absolute delight to wander through because of all the top class products on display in a very customer friendly access layout. We were served by Chris, friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with all our questions. This is just the place to visit when looking for top quality products and high end customer service. ***** stars for both.

Ordered a roasting pan online. Reached out to get dimensions and they were super responsive and helpful. Product shipped promptly - couldn’t be more satisfied!

It sounds weird, but their website accurately shows actual stock, not click-baiting people into thinking stock is in place when it sits with a supplier. The staff were helpful, and the store has a great mix of products for the keen home foodie. Much better than the previous old stores we used to buy from. Cheers

I purchased the Wilkie Brothers Baxter Cutlery Set - 56 Piece. It was pretty disappointing to be sent a display cutlery set where all the cutlery was dirty & the box was damaged. Obviously you’d clean it before use but it was for a gift so luckily I checked. But other than that I love the set. It’s just if you purchase something you’d expect it to be brand new & packaged nicely not something everyone else in store has touched & handled?This matter was resolved quickly and professionally. I will not let this stop me from shopping here in the future. I highly recommend Home Essentials as they are genuine about customer service and I can see from the reviews and the response from Chris that this does not usually happen.

Excellent support and customer service. I placed an online order and received a personal phone call about an hour later to advise that the item I ordered had just gone out of stock, and to ask if I would I be happy to wait a week for new stock to arrive. I was happy to wait, and then my order arrived in about a week as advised. It is unusual to get such personal service, and I highly recommend this company. I will be going to them first now for my specialist kitchen needs. Very helpful and friendly!

Ordered some soap dispensers. Stock was out but amazingly got a phone call advising this with various options for me. With stock not far away waiting was best and the dispensers were delivered earlier than expected. Great to have some good old fashioned customer service. Thanks.

Very impressed with the service we received. We ordered the product online and had a phone call the same day about the availability. Was sent to us promptly as promised as soon as it became available. Friendly efficiency which was much appreciated.
