Every time I’ve been into this store the female staff are uninterested and unhelpful. On my most recent visit, they neglected to take the security tag off my product, when I returned two days later to have it removed I was made to feel like a thief (despite this being their error) I was asked to show a copy of emailed receipt, which the girl who initially served me had neglected to actually do. I then had to trawl through my bank statement to provide evidence of the purchase. Just an uncomfortable experience that shouldn’t have occurred in the first place. I won’t be back.

Very helpful sales people, provided info on size, use and wear of different items. Advised on services such as hem. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, provided good recommendations. Store was well set up and easy to navigate and find what you want. Very spacious changing rooms and big mirrors are great.

The attitude of a lady cashier is really bad and impatient! I can't imagine receiving such treatment in the retail store. On the contrary, the staff at the newmarket store are really nice, and I strongly recommend everyone to go to the Newmarket!! never come to city store again!!!!

Beyond happy with my experience here today! The manager was incredibly kind to me and made me feel like a queen when I mentioned I had lost weight and needed new tights. Thank you so so much, you absolutely made my day! The staff really know their stuff about sizing and styles best suited. LOVE my new tights and sports bra.I also tried on a white sports bra which had some small makeup stains on it, they happily cleaned it for me prior to purchase as it was the last size. The effort put into making customers happy is wonderful - kudos to all working there!

I was really pleased with my experience here! Despite being quite busy, the sales rep Maddie was all too happy to offer some recommendations. I’ll admit I found the store a bit intimidating and overwhelming at first but Maddie’s lovely personality and kindness made me feel very comfortable and right at home. Liz assisted me with the fitting and nothing seemed like it was any trouble to her at all. Even the employee outside monitoring the number of people entering (due to COVID restrictions) was an absolute delight. I was nervous that, given the price tag, the sales reps would be a bit uppity but that couldn’t have been further from my experience.

The people here are so friendly and helpful. Always a good experience at lululemon but this one was particularly good. Thanks!

Was very disappointed in the knowledge of the staff. Asked whether they stock Asian fit and didn't get a straight answer except that Asian fit is S, XS. Then got told later that size 4 is the same. Staff member wasn't aware that Asian fit is a different cut with narrower knee and slimmer waist, had to educate them on their own products.

Super friendly and very welcoming environment. The guidance was awesome too. I really loved it there.

Good product range. Easy access. Some pleasant customer service assistants yet another seemingly rather self centered upon the importance of looking after herself rather than the customer. After making the effort after a pre contact phone call, to drive into the City, through ASB Marathon traffic, park nearby in Downtown town car park, then walk to Lululemon, while the assistant met me on arrival, could only say she had to go on a break. Seemingly totally uninterested other than her own self importance, we customers were left perplexed and then in a queue to wait for another customer experience Executive. Philosophy remains who is more important? The customer, the customer service staff or adherence to work to rule. Unlikley to want to use Lululemon Queen St again.

Great shop, well set out, comfortable experience. I was soaking up the shop while waiting for my partner, nice seats in shop enjoyed the table at the back of the shop. Lovely clothes but not for me.
