Great place for a barbecue! The bathrooms are clean and we had the entire park to ourselves. We had a lovely evening and I would definitely utilise this space again in the future. Nice little gem across the street from the (sometimes) busy Domain.

Nice little park.Park itself is covered by mature trees and sheltered from the sun.Public toilets are available and clean and a drinking fountain is nice and close to the park

This is an unknown public park. Who's ever heard of it let alone been there? So next time you are in Grafton check out this fine old fashioned garden park. Good for picnics! Especially enjoyable in spring and summer. Astonishing trees.

I'm a streetie here in Auckland City, and I sleep in oathwaite park quite a bit, when I want to get away from the street whanau for a day or two, so love this park, it's got shelter, water and cooking facilities top marks. Just the toilet is locked atm due to covid. Auckland City Street Life For Life!!!!

A nice small outdoor park with a covered public bbq burner, and a nice playground next to a small car park. In the spring and summer, the park is filled with beautiful blooming flowers. Although people are supposed to clean-up the bbq after they finish using them, sometimes they just leave it along with their junk and rubbish.

Nice little park, oasis of green grass with shade from trees, bbq area available and has toilet facilities. Flowers and playgrpund to enjoy plus a history of the family that did live there from 1844 to 1925. Apparently a ghost at one time in the old house long since pulled down

Amazing tranquil little gem next to the Auckland Domain.Ideal to escape the hustle and bustle of the city chaos and Hospital dramas.Lovely playground for the young at heart to just sit and ponder life!

Great little park nice grounds lovely trees and plantings clean restrooms and hall good playgrounds for the kids nice place to meet friends for catch up
