My tenant walked out on me at the end of last year, leaving all his belongings behind in the house. I contacted Vlad and was immediately impressed by his professionalism and how he dealt with the whole situation. He has been incredibly diligent, communicative and supportive during this time. Although Vero Insurance has been hopeless and unreasonable, Vlad still did everything he could to help, spending an incredible amount of time and energy on my case. I highly recommend B&T and their outstanding, reliable services, and to anyone reading this: please don't buy insurance from Vero because you will regret it!

Piyush did an excellent job of keeping us informed about our property and did call me about any repairs which the property requires and prioritise the repair items. At the same time did a routine inspection of the property and send us the report. He was very helpful to get the quotation for the healthy home and get it done nicely and sent me the photos which can help us to increase the rental per week. Currently, the bathroom repair work quotation is going on and hope he will do a good job lie the healthy home work. Also, during the recent flooding time, he informed the tenants as well as the landlords. Excellent job!!!
