I was served promptly on arrival however once given the product to look at the staff member moved onto another customer who walked in after me. I then waited 15 minutes while the lady spoke (no purchase)with the other customer. I just wanted to purchase the boots and leave. In hindsight I should have just walked out!

Wonderful service; truly know their stuff and keen to help you get the right thing in a specialist industry where supportive but knowledge-light parent could (and do) so easily get fleeced. We came away a bit more savvy as well as with a product that, while not top of the line, is safe, robust and looks the part. Thanks for your help; we 'll surely be back!
