Had my pump wngine fail during a busy day qith many jobs to do. STIHL had a guy immediately drop his job to fix my engine. Works perfectly again and the tech had a lot of knowledge and insight.

Steve the salesman was brilliant in my purchase of a generator at Blenheim. I believe he went out of his way for the best service. I did not realise the shop closed at 12.00 and Steve waited outside of closing hrs to bring my car to pick.it up. I looked at other products elsewhere, but these guys are knowledgeable and experienced.Thanks Stihl Shop.

Won't shop here. Super rude staff. Mechanics horrible. Could not use the disabled carpark as the company use it daily to park their display vehicles, making it hard for disabled people who actually pay to use those parks. Would never buy from them as customer service means everything to us and you don't get it at this place! Not even worth one star
