Today, 12 of August of 2018 at 3pm I was driving through northern motorway, north east from the CBD when the Taxi with plates GDK604" from COOPTAXI almost crash my car when he was trying to change lanes.He didn't care about it and kept driving after that. He didn't stop

Terrible service won’t come on time and says they try to contact me but never did and they never showed so we caught an Uber. Never go with these guys cause they guy on the phone said he didn’t believe that he contacted me. Dumb service

If I had the option to give zero stars then that’s what I’d give Co-op Taxi.I called as a courtesy to cancel a taxi preordered by the dialysis centre for my dad whom suffers kidney failure. The operator said it was not possible to cancel the taxi and hung up on me!… I phoned back to see if she accidentally hung up and she hung up on me a second time. Rude.I was being polite both times. This company need to work on their customer service and phone manner. This behaviour is unacceptable!

Co-op Taxi supervisor, dispatcher or authorities have no apathy, unprofessional and careless towards Hemodialysis patients.They accepted contracts or whatever to provide return taxi service to Hemodialysis patient. Then they make them wait for hours without any contact/update.You guys disgust me. My sick son and 10 more patients waited 2 hrs for their taxi, cold, hungry, and tired after their long dialysis session. I drove as fast as I could from far end to reach to my son. I made several calls while driving. 1.5hrs Just music waiting for someone to attend or useless dispatcher who has no idea and rude, unprofessional supervisor who told me off that ‘I AM NOT IN THE OFFICE, call me tomorrow.’In 10 min after my call to supervisor, I reached Manukau Super clinic HD unit 10 patients, my son and HD staff everyone I could see tired helplessly waited for taxies started rolling one after another. 6-7 Taxi drivers were not actual scheduled HD pickup. They were diverted from their normal taxi service because of my calls.It has been four weeks and 6 repeat incidents I have experienced for my son. I wonder how most of these patients must be feeling. I hope one day whoever is responsible will be sitting on the bench helplessly waiting for pickup after their dialysis then they will understand what they had done to others.

I booked a taxi the night before for 8am. At 8.10 I phoned and was told traffic was busy and I'd get the first cab in my area. At 8.45 I asked a friend to pick me up.Traffic seemed normal. Co-op staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful.

Tell the driver of cab 459 that undercutting the school traffic cue (3.30, Hillsborough rd) and then shoving in will not be met with any patience in future. Today he got the horn and the middle digit. Next time I'll just ram them. They represent your company and need to cue like the rest of us or at least indicate.

Unprofessional and useless, never arrived despite numerous assurances from call center. Stay away

Booked a taxi for an important appointment, one day in advance. It never arrived, when I called to ask what went wrong, the operator said you're in a queue". Looks like reliable service from co-op taxis is a thing of the past."

Booked a taxi to take us to & pick us up from wedding, Piha of all places. Picked us up 20 minutes late,could barely reverse down a straight driveway without crashing. Called at 11.30 to find out where they were to go home only to be told there were no vehicles in the area & one simply wouldn’t be coming. Why couldn’t you call to let us know earlier was a question that was too difficult for them to answer. Ended up getting an Uber. A 1/3 of the fair & were there within 15 mins. No follow up to apologise / make sure we got home et cetera. Safety & trust breach. No surprise to see all the negative reviews below. Use Uber or another firm.

Drivers provide a good service, very caring during our 7 week stay in Starship with our child. Will continue if need be, to use this service while still here in Auckland. Originally from Southland.Recommendation - operators improve their communication skills. Some good, some not so good operators.
