Great fast service. I have no clue about computers but the really helpful guy on the phone helped me purchase the correct battery for my MacBook and I received it the very next day. The new battery had great instructions and I managed to open and replace it myself. Saved me having to buy a whole new laptop.

Fantastic; bought a replacement battery for my old Mac. It came with excellent, easy to follow instructions that allowed me to do the exchange myself. Service was fast, helpful and courteous. From advice and a free change to the correct part (I ordered the wrong item initially) to well packaged goods; the service was exceptional. Delivery was very fast and the goods work as advertised. Excellent Service and support, received a screen that was broken(didnt look like it until installed when the lcd showed damage) maybe in transit, and had a new screen on the way the same day I informed Igadget. You wouldnt get that from many if any other suppliers as would be easy to write it off as faulty installation or handling. Awesome, made my day after the disaster that was the cracked screen. Cant recommend enough, will be buying all my parts from these guys. Oh and super quick shipping, same day dispatch. Wish I could give more than 5 stars
