We achieved a great outcome working with Marie, Kevin and team. The team are very good at focusing on what we loved about the home and market those points. Marie also helped us with staging our house, something that we did not think of but definitely helped in the sale. After contacting Kevin for the initial appraisal to sell we always had plans to approach another 1 or 2 other agents to then choose someone to go with, however we were so comfortable with the information, planned marketing, fee structure etc. we did not need to do this. On the market in mid Feburary 2023 and SOLD sign in three weeks at current market is a great outcome.
