We have used Dane and his team 3 times over the past few weeks, and have been really impressed with them. Communication was excellent, their property reports were very detailed and comprehensive and would definitely recommend to all.

Grant is very responsive and provides a in depth pre-purchase report. Grant also gave us a call and discussed the items highlighted within his report. Grant was able to complete the inspection on short notice and was also able to issue the report on the same day as the inspection. Will definitely be recommending Grants service to others looking at property.

From the moment I spoke with Dane I thought he was very professional, and understood we were under a slim time pressure. Dane managed to book us in quickly to make it work within the time frame. The report was very thorough, detailed and was able to explain our follow up questions in a way that we could understand. Superb service. Grant was immediately responsive to our query (and had no worries liaising with us first thing in the morning given the time difference). Just a genuinely good guy, we immediately felt like we were in safe hands. He arranged an inspection on very short notice, despite having a less than responsive agent to deal with. Report turn around in one afternoon and a subsequent discussion the following morning to talk through the findings. Having the ability to talk it through was invaluable. The report was extremely detailed; we were very impressed. We will continue working with Grant until we find the right property. Highly recommend.

Grant was recommended by a work colleague and his service/work was spot on. He replies quite quickly when we were arranging a booking. He arrived early and got straight into it! His report on the property inspection was thorough with pictures and pointers indicated. He was clear with communication in areas that needed attention during the inspection.
