Great place, friendly staff. We are in the middle of a bathroom reno with Heatrite and they have been excellent to deal with.

We bought a Rinnai gas heater from Heatrite and had them install it. They gave very good advice about which heater was the best to use. They were quick and efficient in the job, They were very clean and tidy in the finished install, and left the place very tidy. We have now been using the heater for a week and love it. It's much quieter than expected, and very efficient in heating the space.

Three years late on the review, however, I called to ask about gas heating in case we bought a particular property we were looking at. I also wanted to know a lot about it as our son had nearly died because of a gas heater that was not seen to by the right professional when he was younger. The salesman was amazing and, knowing I was just asking, not looking to buy, asked us to come in just so he could show us and teach our son about how gas has been made safe now. I forget his name, but he was an older fella who was knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. He taught me stuff but he treated my teen son like gold and went to great pains to educate him so he'd lose his anxiety regarding it. He spent a good bit of time with us out of the genuine kindness of his heart, also knowing that, yes - when we want to look at that kind of ducted heating eventually, we will come straight to Heatrite, and we will. He secured a future customer just by going the extra mile back then. You can't get better than that.

Outstanding service from the team at Heatrite! We had a ducted heatpump installed and the team was efficient, polite, prompt and super easy to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Can't identify a leaking hot water cylinder, power bill now $200.

Excellent service. We had a gas heater installed. The job was completed quickly and cleanly. Very good communication. The new Rinnai heater is so much better than what we had. Would definitely return to Heatrite for other plumbing too.
