Quality products. Very happy with my pyjamas and bathrobe that I bought.

Absolutely love my Baksana items! I brought a robe and set of towels from here and couldn't be more happy with both the quality of them and the service I received. Will definitely be back for more products! 10/10 would recommend :)

As a newbie to online shopping, I made the typical error of not reading the ‘sizing’ guide correctly. Received the products, both absolutely beautiful and within days of placing order. Sadly, far too small. I contacted Baksana and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I will definitely be comfortable (and careful) in placing future orders with Baksana. 100% recommended.

The best quality linen, towels and gowns that you can find. I have had enjoyed many items from Baksana over the years and they are still going strong. The tea towels are so soft and absorbent and I wear my dressing gown every day. The towels (especially the bamboo ones) are incredibly fluffy and soft, and they don’t shed lint all through the washing machine like other brands do. Baksana is simply the best there is, highly recommend.

Customer service was poor.I drove my father (in his late 70's) down to return some items that were flawed. The store was supposed to be open at 10am but was still closed at 10.15am. In the end we drove home.Rang the head office and they advised the shop person was held up in traffic. Rang the store to check when they would be there. The girl I spoke to gave no apology for being late and really didn't seem to care that my father was standing in the cold for 20mins. No real apology from head office either, just a brush off that these things happen.Won't be shopping there again.

I sought out Baksana intentionally wanting to support a NZ company. The sheets lasted a year at the most and became threadbare and needed to be thrown out. I contacted the company and they offered me a discount on a new set however having already paid a premium price for what i considered would be a premium product I declined. If your product is faulty I would only assume you would replace the product. A disappointing experience, I expected better

***OMG HORRIBLE***Oh my god, the quality and customer service is atrocious. Cannot overstate how bad it is. Went through several rounds of attempting to get refunds for abysmally shoddy robes.Had to escalate to reporting them to the government and actually decided to import robes from a known quality vendor.Literally the worst set of experiences I've ever had with a retailer.

*DO NOT BUY FROM HERE*This is hands down the worst experience I have had as a customer. I would not recommend these products or this company to anyone. I've never been so disappointed by a product, or how I was treated as a customer. I bought 2 cotton robes for over $300. They were not as advertised -- terrible quality and thin. I requested a refund and was refused. I exchanged another pair of robes. I was honestly really hopeful they would be acceptable. They have holes in them. Now, I'm trying to get a refund again.They have been so rude to me.If they truly stand by their quality products, they would be willing to refund them. My guess is this happens often. I had saved up for these robes as an engagement gift for me and my partner. I'm just so upset with how they are treating me.

I have the Magnolia Duvet Cover set and I am absolutely in love with it - the fabric and quality is fantastic. Also have flannelette sheets which are so luxurious - I have never liked sleeping in flannelette sheets but these are so soft. Love Baksana - would recommend these products if you are looking for comfort and quality.
