I have never, in my life experienced such a high level of customer service purely based on effort, enthusiasm and willingness to help. I purchased a car privately that had a plethora of issues that Raglan Diesel took under their wing and spent some time fixing. From the moment I called them stranded on the highway, Alan got in his car with no shortness of positivity in his tone, picked me up and arranged for me to borrow his vehicle for me to drive home to Tauranga in. They allowed for me to pick my vehicle up when it was finished outside of hours and were straight to the point about the repairs it needed. No false hope, just honesty. 10/10 recommend and I hope if I break down again, it's near them so they can help me again.

Friendly and professional workshop. The whole process was easy and convenient. Great communication, including a text when the work is completed. Tidy and clean building, lots of parking. The service felt personalised, and gives the impression that they really care about achieving good outcomes.I'll definitely be using using this workshop from now on.

Asked for a quote with no hidden extras both best and at worst on one leaking injector. They did what was quoted saw that another injector was leaking, fixed that then gave the others a service as well. their price even with all the extras came in at not under the highest but also their LOWEST quote and their honesty has gained them all our future general servicing - top job team

Lovely friendly place. Where else can you get your vehicle seen to by a wonderful team and buy coffee beans freshly roasted on the premises!!!! Eclectic decor in the comfotable waiting lounge and wonderful coffee available from the espresso bar....made by an award winning barista.......! Not your average mechanic shop....check it out!!

Service was Terrible communication really bad. Seems customer is a joke as management laugh at you and think it is funny, would not recommend this place at all.

Had what I needed, but the Safa working there was very rude and didn't actually know what he was talking about.

Great service. Needed a trailer fixed and was able to do it pronto. Nice clean job.
