I am a regular customer at NZ post Frankton since I am living in Frankton. But, never had such a bad experience which I had today. And it is just about one staff Aleesha". She is very arrogant and rude. We redirected one of our parcel to them because we were out for holidays. Parcel belonged to my wife's name but since I was the one who redirected it so the recipient name changed to my name but we were not aware of that and we went there to collect parcel and at first she said "you guys already picked it up". I was thinking "what the heck" we just received an email that it is ready for collection so how could it was picked up earlier. Then she said we do not have it here

Complete trash... Nz post has become lazy and useless...

I had an amazing experience with the post shop at Frankton. I really appreciate the service provided by Hardy who works behind the counter. He was very helpful and went beyond and above to help us filling the forms for an international courier.
