Called up just now with a few questions about window regulators. The guy gave genuine honest advice and listened to what I had to say. They weren’t at all just trying to sell me on their service. Really refreshing and I am very impressed with the service even though I was never a customer. I will be coming here if I ever need your services.

WOW! If I could rate more than 5 stars then I would. I had Paul arrive at my house to repair 2 stone chips on my window. He was a real chipper bloke and had a great attitude. He repaired the chips in no time and did a great job. He even backed my car in to the drive for me (my drive is really awkward to back in to). THANK YOU PAUL! You absolute Legend!

Very friendly great service

No details asked for regarding where the chip is located on windscreen. Hand me the keys and leave the vehicle with us. Insurance company knew where the chip was located and said they would email the details to repairer. Booked for 9.30am. Arrived at 9am and we were advised the job would be finished ready to collect at 10am. There was a novus patch over the chip. On arriving back to collect vehicle at 9.50am, The vehicle had not moved from where we parked it. We were then advised that they were 1 staff member short due to covid. (Could have been told this on our arrival earlier) The technician fixing the screen spoke with us and was trying to fix an already repaired chip and didn't find the novus patch over the correct chip until he cleaned the windscreen. We were never offered a refreshment or a restroom facility. Job completed by 10.45am. Not impressed.

Went in for minor windshield repair. Great quick and friendly serviceAll done immediately, they had all my detail so arranged the insurance. Absolutely trouble free. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Screen ordered on the phone while out of town. Dropped off the car when it had arrived. Fitted and ready to go later same day.

Booked a windscreen swap at my house 8 days in advance. Took time off work to be home on time. Nobody turned up. After 20 minutes of waiting I called them and they said they had the wrong number so they couldn't call and cancel. Offered no discount or anything, they just said oh sorry about that"Couldn't afford to take more time off work so the job never got done."
