Admire Beauty

My mom is visiting me and needed to find somewhere to get a manicure, pedicure and massage. I found Admire Beauty through Google Maps and read the positive reviews. So I contacted Pat and booked an appointment for my mom. I also reconfirmed a few days before by email. My mom just finished and relayed her experience to me. Admire is located in Pat’s home, which is not a problem at all, but worth mentioning. Pat rushed through everything. She didn’t trim my mom cuticles properly and forgot to apply acetone to remove the gel polish; she had to file it off instead. She was rushing because she had another client waiting. She also forgot about the massage, so that never happened. Finally, her phone battery died so she couldn’t accept EFTPOS. I had to pick my mom up (waiting outside in the cold) and find an ATM so she could go back and pay in cash. The only positive was that Pat was very apologetic about the situation and gave my mom a substantial discount. My mom felt bad writing a review, but I wanted to share her honest experiences, so that others could decide whether they wanted to book an appointment here or not.
