I will never support them again. The two girls working there Sharin and Kayla knows as much about fish as there own diets. They stock fish 6 time denser in population then my tank and much smaller wont sell me fish as they think they wont fit. Meanwhile see dead fish in the tank stuck behind filter pipes and some fighter fish I looked at yesterday looking sick that wasn't there today I'm sure they dead. Don't waste time with these guys go to the professionals Carine or Hollywood fish farms many others available. Even my wife says they gave of stink vibes when we bought stuff there yesterday. They act like they vets I wonder if they have finished high school. You make recommendations not tell customers what they can or cant buy. I love animals and none of my animals where ever unhappy. My current dog is 15 years old and still with us in the house.

Awesomely Friendly staff. Nice big bright store. Well laid out. Best store in Tauranga. Huge range of products. Can get some really great bargains especially when they have their specials on.Use the dog wash instead of your home tub or shower.

Service was fantastic, but was disappointed to see a 15% VAT on my receipt on a public holiday - as this is retail I wouldn't have expected this so would have been good to be told at the counter.
