It was easy and cheaper to order online and collect from them. Rates were fair. You can't pay by credit card only eftpos. But that was fine. I would use them again.

Management needs to hire customer service reps who can communicate english clearly for all diverse customers they are a service too. Was here recently and couldn't understand the chinese lady working behind the counter at all. Also for the customers before me who also had a difficult time understanding the customer rep.

Converted GBP to NZD. 7% lower exchange rate than in a bank, which was OK for the 115GBP I was converting as the company has to pay their staff.

service is extremely slow, for a simple 30 second currency swap i was waiting 20 minutes, only two people lined up in front of me (including one being served). i got through the borders of both australia and new zealand in less than 10 minutes and the queues at both places where 20 deep. get some extra staff will yous?

Always have troubles sending money or changing moneys. ( only that one worker ) that work on Sunday.She always ask for your name and detail again and angina
