What a great find in Whangarei! I was in the area visiting family and had my first appointment for dermal needling. I was apprehensive, but Kim completely put me at ease and explained the procedure and her professionalism and attention to detail was amazing. She not only talked through the benefits but explained what was happening at each stage. She explained what after care I needed and as she stocks Dermalogica, I was able to get my products there too. A wonderful experience and highly recommended.
