Called and asked about the nail extension. Got an appointment and went in as I’m doing it for 1st time requested them what the options she was really rude and asked what do I want I said as I’m doing for 1st time I’m not sure which is the best. She stared telling me the price. I don’t mind to pay if it’s a good stuff.When she started doing my nails she was telling me and pushing my fingers and said relax keep it steady.Then she started doing the acrylic one when I looked after she poslished the nail using her machine. I told oh look it’s looks entirely different one is to the other side and other one to other side. And length of the nails are different and also the shape of the edge as well. She was what are u saying. I showed her the difference. She didn’t like it. She was started telling me off, I didn’t kept my finger properly for her (then if not why she needs to push and pull my finger)Don’t muck around and waste her time and all those things, asked her assistance to bring the remover for acrylic but she just chopped my nails in a funny way. She knows that it’s the end of the day so no one gnna help me out to make my nails okie.I’m a coustmer to her before for my pedicure.I don’t go back to her.

My first time experience in getting my nails done with Zsa Zsa. I'm totally blown away by the service provided. I was very nervous as this was my first time trying aclaric nails but Chin made it so nice and easy for me. All three ladies were amazing, very friendly. I'll highly recommend Zsa Zsa nails & beauty.

Wow wow wow what a wonderful experience having my nails done here. Chin is so lovely and did an awesome job back filling my acrylic nails that I had first had done in the South Island. She spent lots of time getting them done thoroughly and the shape just right.Very thrilled with my first time here and both Chin and the other lady were so friendly and helpful with advice how to care for my nails. Would highly recommend this place. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you so much.

This place is excellent.I loved my infill and my new Christmas nails!I've been going here for a few years now and have never been let down, always great conversations, treated like a queen. Excellent service all the time. :) Thank you Chin and Lily!

Daughter's birthday nails were awesome. Thank you so much the girls love them.

Not the best experience to have my nails done. Just required a basic shape and polish. Obviously got a very junior technician (who was lovely but lacked experience). While trimming cuticles she cut my skin, then she applied gel polish to nails which would not dry. The more senior technician apologised for this but was also sympathetic to the trainee. Senior technician removed all the polish and fully redid the complete manicure. This was done on a Friday and by Monday the polish was chipped and looking like it was a month old. It is now Wednesday and not lasting at all. Very disappointing experience.

Awesome job. Jen was fantastic. All the staff were happy and chatting with the clients, who were chatting with each other. Had a really great vibe.I'd just about ripped my nail off deep into the nail bed and Jen did a great job fixing it.I'll be back for sure!
