Chimney Clinic

My business has been using Chimney Clinic for the last 8 years and I find them great to deal with and extremely trustworthy. Always a pleasure to do business with them, Many thanks, Fraser Wilkinson, Manage My Rental.

Rang and booked an appointment, I got a call the morning the appointment saying the sweep was sick and they wanted to reschedule, which is fine. So i re-booked for the following Friday. Received a call a from the sweep 2 1/2 hours before the appointment time telling me he was ready to come up now. Told him that wasn't really going to work for me as i was at work and across the other side of town. I was informed he was ready now and wasn't willing to wait around to the previously agreed time so we'd have to reschedule.I didn't think that was particularly reasonable given being rescheduled already so i was told he would call his boss and get back to me. 15 minutes later i received a text saying they needed to re-book because of weather conditions and would contact me to reschedule. (which they haven't done)Needless to sat i wouldn't recommend them, they might be great chimney sweeps, but i wouldn't know. I do know their customer service is crap.

These guys charged $90 and were in and out in under 15 minutes. No fireplace inspection, no flue inspection, nothing other than your most basic chimney sweep. Strongly recommend you find someone else who has reasonable prices.

I have had the guys at Chimney Clinic come to my Ngaio house for over 30 years. And no complaints. Price is competitive and service very good both from the office and the sweep. Great company. Stop Whinging Trent... even I know you pay extra for an inspection report. Call out a plumber you have to take out a mortgage just to get him there.
