Spent 10 minutes on hold to report rubbish, and the young person on the end didnt take me seriously. And I could hear her eating gum which I dont think is very good for a person who answers phones. Hopefully they clean the place up.No wonder hamilton is filthy, takes 10 minutes to answer the phone. I almost just hung up. Rude staff.

Rang noise control. The guy on the other end had so much attitude and tone in his voice was obviously annoyed I didnt know the exact address and he had to do work early in the morning
