I recently used the Wellington Franchise to replace some window arms on my aluminum windows. Very happy with the service (the tradesman was on time), work was completed quickly to a high standard and the tradesman was very professional (5 'stars' for workmanship).As a heads up the job took 50 minutes and was charged at $121 (GST incl.) per hour. Plus there is a $39 (GST incl.) mobile service fee. It would be good if there was transparency around these costs before the job is handed off to the franchisee when going through the booking process.

Love the team, Adam was very helpful and responsed so fast including weekends and after hours, quote was in great detail so we knew what they were going to do. Carig was friendly, punctual and did a great job fixing our door, he also did some extra micro fixing for us, priced as quoted.

Called them to fix a minor window leak, when he arrived I asked him how much it would cost “ $14 for the sealant plus a bit of labour” bill came back at $260 for a 15 minute job!!! I asked him (while he was there) to quote to replace all the seals around our windows and I never received the quote - useless and unnecessarily expensive. I felt lied to. I tried to sort this with them but received no response.

We had an aged sliding door with sloppy fixtures which also leaked water on to our polished floor.Exceed did a great job of replacing various parts so it runs smoothly, is watertight and the floor is now dry.Previously we were told we would have to replace the entire door.Thanks so much, good work, Barbara Hill

We were extremely pleased with the work done by Neel and Craig of Exceed. We had a problem with a heavy double glazed sliding door which was fixed in no time . very professional work. We have requested they return to redo our conservatory roof and a second door which also needs adjustment.Thank you very much.

Can’t fault exceed, they are fast, reliable and friendly.I was impressed when they told me a window with latches I wanted replaced had actually already been done recently and there was no point taking my money and doing it again because it was in good order. I so appreciated the honesty.And my sliding doors have never felt smoother after they replaced the rollers. HUGE difference!
