Complete waste of time. Was told on the phone they can arrange Tissot servicing, but staff in store refused to do it and told me to go to Mr Minnit. Dont waste your time.

Manukau horrible service... Staff ain't now product knowledge.. They just beat around the bush ,really embarrassing on Stewart Dawson's Trade Mark..Seth the staff Full of attitude as if he owns the place..Michael Hill much better and reliable staffs with excellent service.. Bought a diamond pendant for my little one, and the diamond came off the claw after 4 months. Bought it for $35. They said that they can’t fix it. It’s really disappointing coz I have wasted the money and gift for my little one. Never gonna go back.very disappointed

bought a gold opal pendent worth 279 for mothers day mother didn't like it so went back to get a refund they were so not helping at all only had it for one day and was not able to get a full refund first time shopping here I've never had a problem any where else with refunds the guy there who served me the manager" he was not giving me any help but to get something that's the same price as what i bought prefer Pascoe's had no problem with returns been shopping there ever since STEWART DAWSON step up your game."

This was second visit to this place. First time bought Armani watch and fabulous service. This time went in only to get the chains removed for a watch purchased elsewhere. The gentleman over the counter was delight to talk to, felt welcoming and did it within couple of minutes and it fits perfect. Me and my partner were stroked with the service they provided. Will definitely visit back.

Had the most amazing service at the manukau by the lovely Dee. She helped me choose a new ring after dealing with stresses of insurance etc. She wasost helpful and made the process really easy.
