Knowledgeably and efficiently helped us with a minor eye-related emergency during our New Zealand tourist trip last year, although we had no booked appointment and basically just stumbled upon their office. Didn't even charge us. Nicest bunch ever.

Outstanding customer service. While having my mother's glasses repaired (done while I waited) Peter noticed that my own glasses needed a repair also. He fixed them On the spot also and gave them a clean even though he is not my optometrist. A big thumbs up and thank you from me as this degree of customer service is sadly becoming rare these days.
