Pizza yummy, service good but the state of decor and toilets is appalling! The toilet has been kicked in an not repaired. The toilet seat covered in dried urine. Really unimpressed. This location used to be pristine and now is showing the signs of neglect. Very disappointing. I’m concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Whoa, these are some big pizzas! And they're pretty good. The kitchen looked clean.The tables however needed to be wiped down, and the toilets were in a shocking condition. I expected better.

A good spot in town for pizza. The guy at the counter was helpful in suggesting vegetarian pizza options. The pizza slices were pretty huge and filling. There were a few tables for in store dining, although takeaway seemed the more popular option. Toilets at the store were clean.

5 pm @Hereford St Sals on a Saturday, one staff was busy browsing Internet, all tables had not been wiped, the grounds were dirty, the couches looked like they had never been washed ever, there was no music on... looked derelict and sad. The pizza slices were a bit dried out, we had to ask for a refill of the empty Parmazan jar... sad...

The Pizza here is amazing. Like genuinely amazing. I always get the Pepperoni and it never disappoints. The customer service is also incredible. Joyful, respectful, and professional. I witnessed some drunk verbally abusive customers and the workers remained so calm and professional and just did what they asked. Incredible.

Extremely bad customer service, arrogant staff who lies blatantly. We received an uber order which was wrong. We ordered a vegetarian pizza and got a pepperoni pizza in return. The staff blamed uber saying they picked and dropped the wrong order as they always write name of person on the box. There was no name on the box. The coke we ordered was a Coke Zero and what we received was Coke Vanilla.How much ever hungry you are, do not order food from here. They make mistakes and do not even accept them. Food quality is beyond terrible!

Great pizza deal and NY cheesecake. Takeaway boxes are cardboard and if only the marinara sauce container and cutlery weren't plastic, Sal's could lead the way to sustainable takeaways to go along with the great food.
